Forbes Properties was founded in 2000 and since its incorporation in 2001 it has worked hard to build a good reputation for itself in the commercial and residential land developing community. Currently, Forbes Properties is working on developing more than 800,100 square feet of land, including strip malls, duplexes, office buildings, as well as, storage facilities. While we offer services to all individuals needing assistance, the majority of our clients are owners who currently have land, and investors looking to develop. In 2005, Forbes Properties represented investors and owners in development transactions totaling over $2.5 million.
